How it Works

Everytime you purchase a product on Skin Deep SA, we reward you with SkinCells.This allows you to then use these SkinCells towards a discount on your order.

The more Cells you earn the greater the discount.
SkinCells never expire so you can use them on your next purchase or you can let them accumulate until you have enough to receive a free product.

The rand value redemption ratio is as follows:

• 100 SkinCells = R10 discount
• 500 SkinCells = R50 discount
• 1000 SkinCells = R100 discount
• 5000 SkinCells = R500 discount
  
  

A maximum of 5000 SkinCells can be redeemed per order.

Terms of Use

These Terms (“the Terms”) govern your (“You” / “Your” / “SkinCells Holder”) use of the Skin Deep SA (Pty) Ltd (“We”/”Us”/“Our”) website located at the domain name www.skindeepsa.co.za (“the Website”). 

Qualification

You must be a registered Skin Deep SA member in order to earn SkinCells. SkinCells discounts can only be applied upon checkout on skindeepsa.co.za.

Usage

Points are rounded to the nearest integer when calculating the rand value in the cart total. A maximum of R500 can be redeemed per order in the redemption of SkinCells. SkinCells can never be exchanged for Cash or Cash Payouts. SkinCells cannot be transferred between user accounts or to other member accounts. The SkinCells Rewards programme applies only to purchases made on Skindeepsa.co.za and cannot be used in exchange for other goods or services relating to Skin Deep (Pty) Ltd. SkinCells will not serve as a vehicle for refunds relating to previous orders, unless individually authorised in writing by Skin Deep management. Certain promotional items like value sets may be excluded from SkinCells redemption.

Important to note: SkinCells & Free Shipping

Unlike Gift Vouchers, your final cart total after points have been applied, needs to be over R750 in order to qualify for free shipping.

Operational Rights & Privileges

Skin Deep (Pty) Ltd and it’s owners “Us” reserve the right to manually adjust SkinCells in the instance of a system calculation error in the earning or redemption of points. Skin Deep (Pty) Ltd and its owners “Us” reserve the right to determine or edit SkinCells redemption ratio in rand value terms, at whatever stage, without prior notification to the SkinCells holder “You”. SkinCells rewards program remains the sole ownership of Skin Deep (Pty) Ltd, and can be cancelled at any time, without compensation to the SkinCells holder “You”, as determined by “Us”
